Jay Holub
Mr. Holub received his B.A. in political science from Rutgers University, Rutgers College in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall School in 2003. While at Seton Hall, Mr. Holub was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and was invited to be a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau. Mr. Holub also participated in the Family Law Clinic, a pro bono program at the Center of Social Justice. While at the Clinic, he represented and advised indigent clients from both the New Jersey and New York City areas.
Mr. Holub is a Partner at Borrus, Goldin, Foley, Vignuolo, Hyman & Stahl, P.C., where he has practiced since 2003. Mr. Holub has developed a comprehensive civil practice that includes litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, business transactions, wills and estates, workers’ compensation, and personal injury matters. He regularly appears in municipal, state, and federal courts. Mr. Holub also represents clients in criminal matters in municipal and state courts.
Mr. Holub is admitted to practice in both the states of New Jersey and New York and in the federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a former President of the New Brunswick Bar Association, where he remains a member. He is also a Barrister in the Joseph Halpern-David Furman Inn of Court, where he serves as its Secretary and Pupil Coordinator. Mr. Holub is also the Vice-Chair of the District VIII Fee Arbitration Committee for Middlesex County as well as a member of the Middlesex County Bar, New Jersey State Bar, and the New York State Bar Associations.
